Our Terms & Conditions

Chiffon want you to be happy with our products you have purchased but due to the nature of the product we can not and will not refund/swap used or washed goods.

We do understand that sometimes things just might not be suitable. It is always best to contact Chiffon Australia prior to placing your order if you are unsure and need some clarification on the product and delivery fees.

If you have received your order and for some reason you wish to return them to Chiffon Australia,  please contact us with your reasons why and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Our delivery policy: – 1.  We offer a flat delivery fee of $5.00 for a satchel order no more than 500grams which covers orders of 8 face washers maximum. 2. Delivery fee covers Sydney metro, Melbourne metro, Brisbane metro, Adelaide metro, Perth Metro, Hobart metro and Canberra metro. 3. Please check with us for delivery fees outside of these metropolitan areas.  In some cases our courier services can not get to country regions or charge more than the $5.00. 4.  For orders of more than 8 face washers please check with us so that we can quote the delivery fee before you process. your order.   There are a few things that you need to know before you return your products to us as there are a few exceptions which you need to be aware of:
  1. All items must be in AS NEW condition and be UNWASHED and UNWORN. If you’re unsure if the item will fit, then we suggest trying them on before you wash them. As soon as the items are washed or used we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. If you need to return your items, you need to return the goods to us or make contact with us within 7 days of receiving the goods
  3. The cost of postage is your responsibility, and Chiffon does not except responsibility for refunding the value of items lost in the post, so please consider using a trackable mail option.
  4. Please include the following information with your return: Your name, postal address, email address, phone number, and the reason for the refund or exchange request.
